Prometheus Brown & Bambu (The Bar) - Lookin' Up (Video)

The two best Filipino rappers around combined last year for the album Prometheus Brown and Bambu "Walk Into A Bar", a work of indisputable dopeness. The record may have slipped under your radar due to the Blue Scholars release of Cinemetropolis and the rerelease of Bambu’s Exact Change but it is definitely a project you need to get down with.

Geologic a.k.a. Prometheus Brown has definitely made a name for himself with Sabzi as Blue Scholars and Bambu has also really made a mark in hip hop since starting his solo work after Native Guns with Kiwi and DJ Phatrick. Together these dudes are straight up unstoppable! Just watch the video and you can experience the force of nature that is this duo of quick witted and intelligent emcees. I’d definitely be excited for more music from these two, let’s hope there is some more stuff to come in the future!
